Earlier in my career, working for small companies, I saw the same problem time and again. Internal systems were neglected, messages weren’t clear, staff were left confused and nobody seemed sure who was responsible for keeping things updated. The result was wasted time, poor communication and frustration on all sides.
J Ivy Consulting exists to change that. I provide flexible, confidential support to help you keep your intranet and internal digital tools running smoothly, clearly and consistently so your team can get on with their jobs.
When you work with J Ivy Consulting, you work directly with me. I oversee every project and remain your single point of contact from start to finish. I don’t carry out all the work myself. Instead, I find the right trusted contractor from my vetted network to deliver the work under my guidance. Every contractor I use signs strict non-disclosure agreements with myself and with you. This means you get the right expertise for the job, with confidentiality and quality assured.
I work on a freelance basis, which means you only pay for the time you need. Every client is different so I take the time to understand what works best for your business.

- I only keep client information for as long as it is needed to deliver the agreed work
- All contractors in my network follow the same strict confidentiality and security standards under my oversight
